2007:	Acted as Solicitors with regards to the perfection of a credit facility of N260m extended to a company by a group of banks.
2006:	Carried out due diligence, on behalf of a Chinese company, on a company licensed by the Federal Government of Nigeria to operate one of the inland container depots.
2005:	Acted as solicitors to Guardian Express Bank with regard to its offer for subscription of 8,249,993,139 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N1.20 kobo per share.
2004-2005:	Our Managing Partner, Charles Musa, Esq., acted as Receiver to Premier Breweries Plc on behalf of a major insurance company.
2004:	Acted as solicitors in the acquisition of a share in the Obe Field (oil field offshore Ondo State, Nigeria) by Trafigura Limited-a Dutch registered company and its associates
2003-2004:	Legal Adviser to the Bureau of Public Enterprises (“BPE”) in preparing the Jos Steel Rolling Mills Limited for acquisition by private investors.
2003-2004:	Legal Adviser to the BPE in preparing the Katsina Steel Rolling Mills Limited for acquisition by private investors.
2003-2004:	Legal Adviser to the BPE in preparing the Oshogbo Steel Rolling Mills Limited for acquisition by private investors.
2002-2004:	Solicitors to a leading trustee company (a subsidiary of a reputable Nigerian commercial bank with branches in Europe) in the following:
	a)	A N9.1billion [USD 70m] trust deed for a merger of two major oil companies which was at that time the largest merger in Nigeria’s capital market.
	b)	A N 290m [USD 4m] facility granted to a Kano-based manufacturer.
2000-2002:	Solicitors to a development Bank in a suit for recovery of credit facility of N170m [USD 1.25m].
2001:	Acted as Solicitors with regard to a Memorandum of Understanding between Client and the CNOOC (a Chinese Oil Corporation) for the exploration and subsequent production of oil by CNOOC.
2001:	Acted as Solicitors with regard to persuading the Department of Petroleum Resources to revoke the suspension, pending arbitration in London, of the Oil Mining Licence of a Petroleum Company.
2001:	Acted as solicitors with regard to a dispute between Tuskar Resources Nigeria Limited and its Partner over the production of oil on the Obe Field, oilfield offshore Nigeria-perused contractual documents, and correspondence, advised on arbitration and litigation.
2001-2002:	Acted as legal adviser to the BPE in the privatisation of the Federal Superphosphate Fertilizer Company Limited.
1999:	Acted as solicitors for the acquisition of a substantial shareholding in Bettinni Homes Limited.
1996-1999:	In association with the law firm of Ofili & Ajumogobia, were solicitors to NITEL, Nigeria’s largest telecommunications company, at that time in a number of matters.
1998:	Acted as Solicitors with regards to a credit facility extended to a company by Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc.
1997:	Acted as Solicitors with regards to a credit facility extended to a company by Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc.
1991-1992:	Was Solicitors to Africa International Bank in the conversion of all customary certificates of occupancy mortgaged to the bank by its borrowers in Kaduna State into statutory certificates of occupancy.
